Meet Slater Katz

Fashion’s been in my blood from day one. My mom ran her own boutique, and I was right there with her, soaking up all the market week trips to LA and watching her build her empire. I took my love for fashion to the Fashion Institute of Technology, but life had other plans, and I found myself in a tech career — until 2023, when breast cancer flipped my world upside down. That’s when I ditched the 9-to-5 grind for beads, charms, and a whole lot of attitude. Girlish is my way of living life on my terms, because hey, I’ve only got one shot at this.
